EHS - VICE PRESIDENT (GLOBAL) (MD) Looking for an experienced, credible leader with a history of leading safety performance to new levels and who has demonstrated the desire and ability to tenaciously lead change on a global scale. Global EHS Leadership - capable of creating a compelling safety vision and strategy, and effectively executing against the strategy to elevate safety performance to world-class levels globally. Assess and align the global safety organizational structure, talent, and skills necessary to drive continuous improvement towards world-class safety performance. Product Stewardship - establish and champion the Product Stewardship strategic vision and internal programs. Regulatory Responsibility - serve as primary executive contact with relevant government agencies; act as the organization's representative at environmental and regulatory hearings and legislative meetings. Requires BS Degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering or related. Masters preferred. CRM, CSP, or similar safety designations desirable. Minimum 10 years manufacturing leadership experience including at least 5 years in a senior safety leadership position directing or managing a multi-faceted EHS program globally. Experience within a world-class safety organization preferred with substantive experience developing and implementing EHS programs internationally. Thorough knowledge of EHS related government regulations and nationally recognized standards within the US and internationally. Lean, Six Sigma experience desired.
ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER (AIR) (IN) (Chemical) Position open due to retirement. Will be the site air compliance expert. Requires BS Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or technical related, with 5+ years experience working in chemical, refinery, or polymer manufacturing with Title V understanding. Must possess strong communication and leadership skills.
HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER (IL) (Chemical) Position reports to Plant Manager and will be part of the Plant's Leadership Team. Responsible for maintaining safe and healthy environment through the implementation of health and safety management systems, health and safety programs, and health and safety regulatory compliance oversight action. Will provide experienced consultation on safety, industrial hygiene, emergency response, industrial safety, and security matters to the organization. Requires BS Degree in Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related science, CSP certification, with a minimum of 5 years in EHS in a manufacturing environment. Experience working with and managing local, state, and federal regulatory agencies, requirements, and reporting (OSHA, NIOSH).
SAFETY & HEALTH SPECIALIST (WY) (Refinery) Will coordinate and administer site Safety programs for compliance with federal, state, and local occupational health standards and procedures. Provide safety resource support for operating units including training and permitting. Lead incident investigations, site audits, and emergency response. Requires BS Degree in Safety with a minimum of 7 years safety background in oil industry, preferably refining.
