PLANT MANAGER
Location: NJ
Company: A leading global producer of a diverse array of performance materials sold to a broad range of manufacturers in approximately 30 markets throughout the world.
Duties: Responsible for environmental, health & safety, maintenance, engineering, and the efficient utilization of the plant facilities. Also responsible for employee relations and quality, and will actively promote a sense of continuous improvement in all aspects at the site. Will act as liaison to the community in ensuring the company's position as a good neighbor. In addition, act as lead for a major expansion project.
Requirements: BS Degree in Chemical Engineering, MBA a plus, with 8 to 10 years progressive experience in chemical plant process management. 5 to 10 additional years experience as Plant Manager with dual focus on Safety and Quality. Demonstrated executive leadership skills with all management staff and shift supervisors. Demonstrated change management experience for both the organization and individuals. Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning. ERP, MRP and SAP navigation - experience with the order/ operations/ delivery process. Will have successfully led major expansion and/or refurbishment projects. Precious metals experience is a big plus.


OPERATIONS MANAGER

Duties: Lead activities to assure the processes and products are of the highest quality and are delivered at the lowest cost. Manage manufacturing resources to insure quality production, cost keeping and timely deliveries to customers while improving the factory and personnel infrastructure, within created plans, budgets and quality objectives. Manage Supply Chain activities.
Requirements: BS Degree in Engineering with 10+ years experience and background as a Manager or Supervisor in a manufacturing operation. Specific Knowledge: experience in a Manufacturing, Assembly and Engineering environment, preferably in the assembly of small parts. Good organization and communication skills. Experience in product design and systems, manufacturing techniques, quality systems methodologies and standards, project management skills, and computer skills. LEAN MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR
Location: NC
Company: Automotive Fabricated Metal Products.
Duties: Will be the primary resource for supporting the plant in its lean transformation. Will assess areas of the operation in need of improvement and provide hands-on implementation of the tools and processes needed to eliminate waste in the manufacturing environment.
Requirements: BS Degree in Engineering (BSIE preferred) with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in manufacturing and at least 2 years leading Lean activities. Six Sigma Black Belt a plus. Experience with implementing and teaching: Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, JIT, Demand Flow, Single Piece Flow, 5S, Visual Management, TPM, Continuous Improvement Processes, SPC, Problem Solving, Waste Reduction and Set-up Reduction. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of project tracking software preferred.


ELECTRICAL AND PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEER
Location: IL
Company: Multinational Manufacturer of Specialty Chemical Products.
Duties: Responsible for completing a series of projects related to the expansion of chemical processing operations. Focus of this position is on the High and Medium Voltage power systems in the plant. Duties will include: Supervision and coordination of Contracted Project Engineers involved in the installation of plant electrical, instrumentation and process control systems; Designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting High and Medium Voltage plant electrical distribution systems.
Requirements: BS Degree in Electrical or Chemical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in chemical process or industrial electrical and process control systems. Strong background in high and medium voltage industrial electrical systems. Knowledge of Foxboro and Allen Bradley PLC Process Control Systems. Strong skills in facility electrical distribution and instrumentation systems. Knowledge of NFPA-70E safety standards. Excellent CAD skills to work with technical designers in electrical systems layout.


SENIOR MAINTENANCE/ RELIABILITY ENGINEERS
Location: VA
Company Products: Chemicals.
Duties: Provide engineering technical support for plant maintenance activities in a large chemical plant. Will interface primarily with hourly maintenance employees, salaried maintenance planners and foremen, and contracted maintenance resources, as well as interacting with manufacturing personnel.
Requirements: BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 6+ years chemical or petrochemical plant maintenance and/or reliability engineering experience. Background in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Practical experience facilitating Root Cause Failure Analysis and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.  Hands-on experience utilizing SAP work management system (or similar). Experience with maintenance work execution/ supervision in a unionized environment.


PROCESS ENGINEER
Location: CT
Company Products: Plastics.
Duties: Provide process engineering support for daily operations and lead continuous improvement teams for specific product lines or processes. Maintain safety, product quality, and manufacturing effectiveness through daily troubleshooting and resolution of process difficulties. Work with customers to resolve technical/ quality issues and provide special products. Participate in multi-functional teams to resolve problems and develop new products. Lead where appropriate. Start-up new products and equipment.
Requirements: BS Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 3 years process engineering experience. Ability to problem solve and contribute in a team environment using PDCA, Shainin Red X, Lean Sigma, KT-PSDM or similar methodologies and have knowledge and application of Product Development or Quality Systems. Project management experience a big plus.


DESIGN ENGINEERS
Location: SC
Company Products: Automotive Components.
Duties: Product design, development cost analysis, and build pilot runs on new products. Assist in product transfer from development to production.
Requirements: BS Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years design experience with ProE. Automotive experience desired. Experience with the following would be pluses: Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing; APQP process; TS 16949 or QS 9000 processes. Looking for trainable individuals.


MANUFACTURING/ WELDING ENGINEER
Location: KS
Company Products: Transportation Equipment.
Duties: Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems focused on exceeding quality, cost and schedule requirements, and continuous improvement. Develop and define concepts and processes for new product and product enhancement programs, and coordinate and integrate specialized products and techniques into manufacturing. Manage welding related projects in the areas of new product development, cost improvement, and safety.
Requirements: BS Degree in Engineering (with emphasis in Welding, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering) with 3+ years of manufacturing/ welding engineering experience. Good working knowledge of manufacturing techniques and capabilities including JIT, CAD, and quality planning tools.


MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
Location: PA
Company Products: Electro-Mechanical.
Duties: Will take a product from its original design concept through manufacturing to its ultimate launch into the marketplace. Will be involved in the process from beginning to end - focusing on the manufacturing aspects of new product development, including design for manufacturing, process conception and implementation, facilitation of production, establishing and meeting quality and manufacturing cost goals and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements: BS Degree in Engineering with experience driving new products from R&D through manufacturing, managing projects in a manufacturing environment including lean manufacturing, automated mechanical assembly and electro-mechanical assembly.
