PROCESS ENGINEER (MD) (High Tech Systems for Industrial and Defense Applications) Duties: Will be involved with the development and validation of new or improved manufacturing processes, preparation and analysis of data, generation and upkeep of process specifications, maintenance of productivity and quality metrics, equipment troubleshooting, and safety. Requirements: BS Degree in Engineering with 2 to 5 years of related experience. Strong mechanical and analytical aptitude relating to the manufacturing of complex mechanical/electro-chemical products. Experience in Lean Manufacturing, World Class concepts, and applied statistical analysis of data. Working knowledge of basic electrical circuits and configuration management.
MANUFACTURING ENGINEER (SC) (Automotive Components) Duties: Project leader - take a product launch from the estimate phase, lead through to production, and production support after launch. Includes manufacturing methods, vendor liaison, product specifications, production processes, and continuous improvement. Perform machine and gage programming. Requirements: BS Degree in Engineering, 5+ years experience, with background in machining of products for automotive industry (CNC processing, machine tooling).
SENIOR AUTOMATION/ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (GA) (Material Handling Equipment) Duties: Will be responsible for programming the following: Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC systems for the control of machinery; HMI graphic software packages such as Panelview, Wonderware, and RSView; electronic interface systems such as Ethernet and DeviceNet between PLC systems, VFD, and MCC equipment, and HMI computers. Develop and maintain documentation of all programming functions. Design and document drive and control systems. Assess and report progress of equipment engineering activities. Provide automation support for projects and train customers operating and maintenance personnel. Occasional domestic and/or international travel. Requirements: BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in programming of Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC and HMI systems for automated machine control. Field checkout and startup experience in an industrial environment, preferably with material handling equipment and some heavy machinery. Skilled in use of RSLogix, Panelview, RSView, Wonderware, and AutoCAD. Knowledgeable in MCC and VFD application and control.
PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEERS (FL) (Parts for Medical Devices, Aerospace, and Automotive) Duties: Responsible for driving new product launch efforts including creating project plans, conducting tooling reviews, and generating production/quality documentation. Utilize problem solving tools including Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and DOE. Requirements: BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 10 years as product or design engineer. CAD design experience using Solidworks or ProE. Prefer metal and/or plastic part design experience. Must be able to handle multiple design and launch programs.
LEAD DESIGN ENGINEER (IL) Duties: Will perform a wide variety of engineering assignments. Responsible for project development from costing stage, design, qualification, into and through production. Lead Project Engineers on customer projects directing internal/external resources to complete total project development. Will work on actuation, sensing, and medical gearbox products. Requirements: BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 6+ years related product experience, gear design, and designing for EMC compliance. Familiarity with ISO 9000, FMEA analysis, and aerospace experience preferred.
PROJECT/PRODUCT ENGINEER (IA) (Rotating Equipment) Duties: Will take product design and applications from concept into the manufacturing process with emphasis on new product development. Requirements: BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years experience in product design and fluid flow or rotating equipment with project experience taking product from design into manufacturing. Ability to understand CAD design tools. Solidworks desired.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER (TN) (Automotive Parts) Duties: Develop and write task analysis, cost analysis and proposals for implementation of new processes or improvements to existing processes. Work closely with personnel to ensure newly developed parts and tooling are correctly installed and functioning properly. Develop CNC programs for various machine tools and optimize machining and other manufacturing processes. Act as a customer/QA contact for quality related issues when required. Requirements: BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 1 to 3 years related experience and training. Knowledge in AutoCAD, proficient in Microsoft Suite of programs, good mathematical and communication skills.
MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (TX) (Chemicals) Duties: Provide technical assistance to maintenance and operations personnel to minimize maintenance problems. Assist with planning and scheduling of daily maintenance activities; evaluate, design and recommend changes in maintenance activities to increase reliability of existing equipment, reduce repair costs, and minimize product interruptions. Develop, implement, and evaluate preventive maintenance programs. Requirements: BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years maintenance engineering experience in a chemical processing environment.
PROCESS/PROJECT ENGINEER (SC) (Pharmaceutical) Duties: Will be key contributor in identification, development, and implementation of capital projects. Develop project plans including generating P&IDs, estimate project installation costs and operating cost impacts, provide advice on scheduling project milestones and resources, specify and purchase equipment, oversee installation, manage commissioning, operation startup and performance qualification testing. Requirements: BS Degree in Chemical Engineering with 5 to 10 years of related experience preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment. Broad and comprehensive knowledge of engineering methods and principles involved in project management, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Ability to develop new processes or process improvements.
PROCESS ENGINEER (CT) (Chemicals) Duties: Will support day to day operations and also have project responsibilities. Requirements: BS Degree in Chemical Engineering with 3+ years experience in chemical unit operations. Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
